On July 7, at 19:00, the annual concert of the University of Chant Choir will be held at the Folklore Centre Hall. The university’s girls’ and boys’ choirs (conducted by Ana Lolashvili and Sergo Urushadze) will perform before  the audience.

The evening will consist  Georgian folk and urban songs, restored from archival recordings, as well as various examples from different Georgian traditional chant schools.

The event is supported by the Anzor Erkomaishvili Folklore State Centre, the charity foundation “Georgian Chant”, and the recording studio “Georgian Chant”.

Attendance  is free.
